To participate in this event simply fill out the registration form and submit it. The event organizer will provide you with additional information after you have registered.

All wine and spirits shall be at the buyer's risk. The Belfry Theatre sells all products as it is and give no warranty to any kind as to any of the bottles nor shall they be liable in any manner for any error in description, faults, or defects. All warranties and conditions implied by law are hereby excluded. No person shall have recourse against the Belfry for any irregularity or illegality in the sales, or in the conduct of the sale, or of the products. Successful bidders will be liable for payment of Provincial Sales Tax (10%). There is no buyer's premium. Successful bidders acknowledge that all liquor sold may not have been tested by the BC Liquor and Cannabis Regulation Branch (LCRB) and that the LCRB is not responsible for the quality of the auctioned liquor.
