Welcome to the Third Annual Heart Homes Online Auction in support of the Heart Transplant Home Society.

The Heart Transplant Home Society (HTHS) is a small, but vital, registered charitable society in Vancouver providing temporary accommodation for heart transplant and ventricular assist device (VAD) recipients from outside metro Vancouver. Our mission is to eliminate barriers and financial stressors associated with securing local accommodation for these patients and their families and caregivers during their post-surgical recovery. The HTHS has been operating two furnished apartments within walking distance to St. Paul’s Hospital for out-of-town heart transplant and VAD patients and their caregivers for over 20 years, and to date, we have been able to assist over 245 recipients and families from all the regions of BC.

The funds raised through this event go directly to support the maintenance of our post-surgical, short-term accommodation in Vancouver.
