Step into a Roman Palazzo for a night of exquisite Italian soul food, fine wine, and heartfelt hospitality, all set against the dramatic backdrop of Puccini’s TOSCA. Celebrated Canadian-Italian artists Giuseppe Pietraroia and Brett Polegato will be your musical hosts for the evening.

And the Opera Sprouts Initiative, a pilot project exploring the creation of new opera for youth in BC schools. In partnership with Vancouver Opera, the program supports composer–librettist teams through mentorship and collaboration—cultivating new works for schools while connecting artists to the professional world of opera. The teams then engage schools in the creative process, gathering feedback and inspiration from the young audiences these new operas are designed to reach.
