Victoria Golf Club Social Membership
![]() The centre of activity at Victoria Golf Club is the Clubhouse - a picturesque structure that echoes tradition. The early 20th-century charm combines the 21st-century upgrades to provide the contemporary dining and Club services Members expect. For these reasons, we have many non-golfers who have joined the Club as Social Members. Social functions are an integral part of VGC. Whether it be the Prime Rib Dinner, Mother’s Day Buffet, Canada Day Pancake Breakfast, or an elegant cocktail reception, the social calendar is busy with a variety of popular events. As a Social Member, you have access to the dining room, Macan’s pub, or the sun-soaked outdoor patio. The menus feature offerings that will thrill your taste buds, all prepared to order by our Executive Chef, Jason Dark and his talented staff. Valued at $2,800 Donated By Terry Siklenka |

Let’s Create Pysanky (Ukrainian Easter Eggs)!
![]() All supplies (eggs, wax, styluses, dyes, etc.) provided for six participants. The workshop leader can host the group in her Fairfield home or come to your Victoria location. This activity is appropriate for children ages 7 and up. Adults must accompany minors (because of open flame and hot wax!). Yes, the eggs are raw (boiling the eggs affects how well the dye takes), and no, the eggs cannot be eaten afterward. This workshop is priceless! Pacific Opera Victoria’s 2025/2026 Season 2 tickets
![]() THE TURN OF THE SCREW | Benjamin Britten | OCTOBER 22 – 28, 2025 Based on the novella by Henry James that tells the story of a young, inexperienced governess sent to a country house to care for two children, whom she is gradually convinced have been corrupted by the ghosts haunting the house. Can the children be saved, or is something even more sinister at play? TOSCA | Giacomo Puccini | FEBRUARY 18 – 24, 2026 Tosca is an emotional roller coaster – both timeless and timely. In a world where the very idea of truth is negotiated, how do we know to trust ourselves and stay true to our own truth? This co-production with Vancouver Opera of Puccini‘s richly romantic score is one of the composer’s finest works. ORPHEUS & EURYDICE | Christoph Gluck| APRIL 22 – 28, 2026 Based on the famous Greek myth of the musician Orpheus who conquers the spirits of hell using the power of music to bring his love back from the underworld. Welcoming back Victoria’s own Josh Lovell in the title role, this piece will be one of the first explorations of French Baroque in the company’s history.
