Living with Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis, and other forms of Inflammatory Bowel Diseases can be isolating. That's why Crohn’s and Colitis Canada is fostering connections. Since 2015, our peer support program has matched individuals with experienced mentors. In 2020, we introduced monthly Zoom calls to meet the community's need for connection. In November 2023, we launched Crohn’s and Colitis Connect, our online peer community. Our aim is to provide not only close connections with experienced individuals but also broader support from others facing similar challenges. We continue to host Zoom events, including those for caregivers, and community members can easily RSVP with a single click.
